Check in time is any time after 3pm and check-out time is 11am. A later check out may be possible, please ask about availability and pricing. Payment is due upon check-in, we accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Diners Club . If third party billing is applicable to your stay, arrangements need to be completed prior to check-in.
Glenview’s Front Desk operates 9:30am to 10pm daily. If you expect to arrive after 10pm, please let us know and we can make arrangements for a late check-in.
The majority of our cottages are Non-Smoking. If you want a smoking cottage please inquire upon booking. Each cottage provides easy access to the outdoors. We ask that you not smoke in open doorways and extinguish smoking materials in provided containers. We charge additional cleaning fees if you smoke in a non-smoking cottage
The property and its amenities are for registered guests. Visitors are any people that are not registered guests, such as friends or family visiting registered guests on the property. Visitors must register at the Front Desk upon arrival to obtain a pass, the cost of the pass depending on the type of visit. Visitors are permitted on the property between the hours of 10am and 10pm only. Adherence to this policy ensures the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
Individual Cottages: We require notice of your cancellation 14 DAYS PRIOR to the date you are scheduled to ARRIVE. Cottage reservations require a valid credit card guarantee in the name of the arriving guest upon booking.
A cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s accommodation plus taxes will be charged to your credit card if you cancel with less than 5 days’ notice or fail to honour your reservation.
Groups and Package Bookings: Different cancellation policies apply for train packages, some holidays and group bookings. You will be advised when you reserve if a different cancellation policy applies to your booking. Cancellation would be required by the agreed upon date.
Campground: Reservations have a 24-hour cancellation. Please call at least 24 hours prior to when you are scheduled to ARRIVE to advise of your cancellation. No deposit or cancellation fee is charged for most campground reservations. Group campground reservations will be advised of the applicable cancellation date.
Third Parties: If you book through a third party such as Booking.com or Expedia.com you must cancel the same way, we are unable to cancel them when you don’t book with us directly.
Cottages: Glenview permits DOGS in certain cottages. If you will have a dog with you, please advise us upon booking, to ensure we have a pet-friendly cottage available. If you arrive and then advise you have a dog, we may not have a cottage available for you, as our remaining cottages we keep allergy-free.
There is a $10.00 per night fee (based on up to two dogs). Pets must be crated if they are left alone in a cottage. Guests are responsible for any damage done by their pets.
Pets other than dogs are generally not permitted. We may be able to accommodate more than two dogs, depending on the circumstances, please inquire.
We reserve the right to refuse pets based on size, length of stay, safety concerns for staff and other guests, or other factors.
We accommodate guests with service/therapy animals, please advise upon booking.
Campground: Dogs/cats/small pets are permitted in the campground at no additional charge.
All guests must keep their pets leashed and under control at all times when they are outside on the property. Please scoop up after your pets and place waste in provided containers. Pets are not permitted in the pool enclosure or common room area.
